Reservations & Cancellation Policy
New Clients
Reservations for new clients will be scheduled during an initial consultation.
Before beginning any services, I kindly request a meet-and-greet with your pet this first interaction is essential to building trust and ensuring your pet feels comfortable with me.
First Meet Cost: ¥6,000 + reimbursement of travel expenses.
Established Clients
If we’ve worked together before, reservations can be made conveniently through:

• 💬 LINE App or WhatsApp
Scheduling is on a first come, first served basis. However, I’ll always do my best to accommodate your schedule.
❗Cancellation Policy
Life happens and I completely understand. However, once a service is booked and confirmed, time is reserved specifically for you and your pet. The following cancellation fees help compensate for that time:
No Cancellation Fee
• Cancellations made more than 5 days before the start of your scheduled service.
Late Cancellation Fees
• 2 days prior to service start: 50% of total service cost
• 1 day prior to service start: 75% of total service cost
• Same-day cancellation: 100% of total service cost
