Reservations for new clients will be scheduled at the time of the initial consultation.

After consultation, please allow myself to meet your pet before we start initiating with any of my service. Making the first contact with your pet is very important to me and for your pet. 

Cost for the first meet: ¥6000 + reimbursement of travel expense.

Reservations for established clients may be made via telephone, email or by Line (phone number).  

Scheduling is done on a first come first serve basis.  I will, however, always try to accommodate your needs.

Cancellations:We understand that things happen that cause plans to change. Once we have scheduled and confirmed your appointment, a fee may apply for cancellations to compensate for the time set aside for your appointments.

Within 5 days of services: 

• Cancellations may be made up to a week in advance of your scheduled service without charge.

• ​

        Fewer than 5 days prior to the first day of your schedule service period:

• Cancellations made with fewer than (__) days of the beginning of pet sitting service, will incur a fee (__%) of the total service.​
